When you work with us, you work directly with the people designing and building your website. We get to know you, your business or organization, your audience and your goals, and we stay personally involved throughout the process.
No layers of account managers. No getting passed from one department to another. Just personal attention, clear communication and people who care about getting your website right.
Marcus Fishman – Owner & Web Designer
I’ve been working professionally with websites since 2001, and I’ve watched the web change quite a bit along the way.
What began as a fascination with designing and building websites has grown into years of experience in web design, WordPress development, content strategy, user experience and helping organizations figure out how to communicate more effectively online.
But the part of the work I enjoy most hasn’t really changed: getting to know a client and figuring out what their website should become.
Every business and organization is different. I like learning what makes a client unique, understanding the people they’re trying to reach, and then bringing all of those pieces together into a website that feels like it belongs to them.
I’m involved throughout the entire process — from our first conversations about your goals and content through design, development and launch. I also remain available after launch for support, questions and the inevitable “Can we make the website do this?”
I take a lot of pride in the work I do, but just as importantly, I value the relationships I’ve built with clients over the years. Some of those relationships have lasted through multiple websites and many years of working together.
I live in Raleigh, North Carolina, with my wife and two sons. And when I’m not building websites, there’s a pretty good chance I’m watching the Carolina Hurricanes.
Raven - Chief Morale Officer
Raven joined the Addicott Web team in 2019 and quickly established herself as an indispensable member of the company.
Her technical skills remain somewhat limited, and we’re still waiting for her first successful WordPress login. But she excels in several other important areas, including greeting visitors, encouraging regular breaks, keeping morale high and reminding everyone when it’s time to go outside.
She takes her responsibilities seriously — particularly anything involving treats.
